By accessing ashguard.shop or purchasing from AshGuard, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and availability. Colors and appearance may vary slightly between screens and production batches.

AshGuard products are fire-resistant and water-resistant. Performance depends on temperature, exposure time, closure, and real-world conditions. No document bag can guarantee protection in every fire, flood, or emergency.

Orders and Payment

We may refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, payment problems, or delivery restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, the amount paid will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Shipping and Returns

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy and 30-Day Return Policy. These policies form part of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including AshGuard branding, text, photographs, graphics, and design, belongs to AshGuard or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission.

Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, commit fraud, or use our content or services unlawfully.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AshGuard is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this website. The terms in effect when an order is placed will apply to that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
